How it Works – how to hire equipment from Crewe Disco Retailers for your event.
- Visit our ‘Shop’ page to view the equipment we have available.
- Then either click the image of the item you are interested in to view more details, or simply use the ‘Add to enquiry’ button to add the item to your ‘Product Enquiry Basket’. You can also add the item to you enquiry from the item details page.
- You can add as many items as you like to your ‘Product Enquiry Basket’.
- Once you have added all the items you wish to enquire about, go to the ‘Complete Product Enquiry’ page, either via the main menu or the basket icon.
- Here we just ask for some simple details; name, phone number, email address and additional information about your event – the date and length so we can ascertain if we have the equipment your require available at that time. You can also add additional notes to your enquiry.
- Click ‘Send Product Enquiry’ to send your request.
- The details of your enquiry will appear on screen and you will receive a confirmation email. We will then be in touch as soon as possible.
- Once we have been in touch and the equipment you require is available, a small deposit will secure your hire. The balance is due two weeks prior to the hire date, or full payment on booking if the hire is under two weeks away. This can be made in person in cash.
